One of the reasons I have successfully maintained my 88-pound weight loss for the last seven years, is because rather than going on a diet, I made permanent changes in my lifestyle. This is one of the recipes that helped me do it. Indulgences and treats can be part of any healthy diet as long as we are mindful of the fat and sugars we are consuming (moderation rocks) and portion sizes are appropriate.
